PRE-DECEMBER 2025 CLAIMS
If your vehicle was in our care before December 2025 and work was not completed or insurance proceeds were not applied — your claim is valid and under review. Contact us directly.
POST-DECEMBER 2025 NOTICE
Any services, contracts, or payments collected under the Prime Collision name after December 2025 were unauthorized. All authority was revoked in December 2025. Prime Collision USA Inc. and LovelyInvestments LLC bear no liability for unauthorized transactions after this date.
CLAIMS POLICY
All claims are subject to internal review. Our response is determined by: the date the claim originated, the type of claim and services involved, and the extent of Prime Collision's direct involvement.
